I’ve been there…and I have a formula that works.
Provoked by a nagging feeling that I wasn't fully utilizing my unique strengths, I spent years in the corporate world trying to forget my own passions. However, I was derailed by the pressure to conform to what I thought I "should" do, mixed up from feeling like I was falling behind, and disheartened by my inability to thrive according to others' definitions of success.
This cycle of imposter syndrome, overworking to prove my worth, overthinking, and eventually burning out held me back. So, I decided to become part of the solution.
After years of depression, loss, hopelessness, loneliness not to mention experiencing all of this while broke, was the worst years of my life. This led to me waking up one day with the overwhelming feeling like I wanted to die. Extreme, for some of us, those feelings are very real. I grew tired of living in a state of despair. It was at that moment, I made a decision to LIVE!
I begin to do just that, and I documented my journey because I knew, the lessons I had learned about recovery and the power in overcoming life tragedies; would extend far beyond just me, but I would have the opportunity to coach millions of women the “HOW” to living a winning, limitless life.
It's not about doing more, but about being more: less burnt out from everyday “to do’s” and more powerful by following the life changing formula of being authentically to you.
All that you need is already inside of you; you just have to be brave enough to release it, and allow it to SHINE.
